Start with the adoption rate: 96% of organizations are already using AI agents in some capacity. That is near-universal adoption. And 97% are exploring system-wide agentic AI strategies.

Only 12% have implemented a centralized platform to manage their agent ecosystem. That means 88% of organizations deploying AI agents have no unified way to monitor, govern, or coordinate them.
